Rebecca
Founder and Director
TDR Bridal, formerly The Dressing Rooms Halesowen, was founded by Rebecca in 2006, driven by a passion for weddings and all things bridal fashion. With her Floristry qualifications and her HND in Business & Finance, Rebecca has created the best Bridal shop in England, substantiated by the numerous awards and accolades that TDR has achieved over the years. Rebecca is now a Judge for TWIA, The Wedding Industry Awards, having won several times and is also a mentor for other Bridal retailers.
Rebecca is a powerhouse in her field, she is undoubtedly a leader in Bridal retailing and is always happy to knowledge share with other bridal shops to improve National industry standards.
Rebecca now runs TDR Bridal alongside her husband, Lawson. Lawson came into the business in 2018 when the business gained more and more momentum. Lawson and Rebecca work hard to constantly improve and excel at serving their brides and looking after their staff. They are a hands-on, down-to-earth couple who genuinely care about the brides they serve and the staff they employ.
TDR is a market leader in its field, demonstrating a forward-thinking, fresh and diverse approach to bridal retailing.

Louise
Meet Louise, our incredible Business Manager. We truly couldn’t imagine TDR without her. With a heart dedicated to our brides, Louise is there every step of the way, ensuring every detail is flawless. She’s not only a champion for our Brides but also a pillar of support and kindness for our team, embodying the true spirit of TDR. Her unwavering commitment and warmth make her an irreplaceable part of our family.
Having previously managed a large American bridal retail chain in the UK, Louise comes with a wealth of knowledge and her ambition to be a part of the best bridal retailer in the UK has led her to TDR Bridal Birmingham. Her principles of how a bride, and in fact any human being, should be treated, fully align with Rebecca’s ethos about how looking after people, being kind, caring and considerate of others, is paramount. She is honest and straight-forward, very organised and very practical. She is hands on with her team and they truly appreciate her help, guidance and leadership skills. She makes TDR a safe place for all.
Kate
This is our lovely Kate, simply adorable, kind and sweet with a whole wealth of knowledge on wedding dresses. Kate is also a colour expert so she can tell you what colours and tones will suit you best.
Kate is our Customer Service Manager and is here to help with any general TDR questions you might have. Nothing is too much trouble for her and her sweet nature will instantly put you at ease. We adore her!
Paige
The gorgeous Paige is not only beautiful on the outside but beautiful on the inside too! Paige is our Stylist Manager here at TDR and has the most amazing, in-depth knowledge of how to style a bride, what will suit her body shape and her wedding vibe, always ensuring that she validates and respects her bride, she will always find you “the one”! She has an absolute heart of gold, she’s incredibly thoughtful, very intuitive and always tuned in to her brides.
She is bold in her styling, offering brides exactly what they want but then showing them exactly what they will look amazing in, and she always, always gets it right!
Della
Della has earned her valued position as Sales Supervisor at TDR. Della came to help Rebecca out, just for a day, and now 14 years later, is a long-standing, loyal and lovely member of TDR Bridal. Having made Rebecca and Lawson’s wedding stationery in 2003 she is a very dear family friend, too.
Della holds family and love above all else – she is married to Darren, they have two sons, and it seems they are starting a football club of grandchildren too! She is an amazing Bridal Stylist and is always the ‘mom’ of TDR Brides, especially those who need that extra bit of comfort, advice and support. We couldn’t be without Della, she is very special to us all.
Flayme
Flayme all about empowering women, making sure that all her brides feel and look absolutely amazing. She is intuitive, calm, kind and understanding and our brides are love her styling techniques creating the perfect look for every bride. She has a great sense of humour, and all her brides have the best times with her!
Flayme has completed “Speak Bride University” in America and has learnt her craft with total commitment and dedication. This commitment and dedication carry’s through to all her appointments where she is able to demonstrate just how talented a Bridal Stylist she is! An appointment with Flayme is an incredible experience!
Faye
Faye is the ultimate listener; she tunes in to exactly what a bride is thinking, and her intuition enables her to find the perfect dress every time.
Her kindness knows no limits, she will always go above and beyond for every single bride and is totally dedicated to the TDR ethos of Bride First. We’re so lucky to have her!
Faye is also a TDR Bride so can relate to all her brides. She will completely put your mind at rest with any worries. Her Stylist knowledge is off the scale!
Leila
Ah the lovely Leila, diligent and enthusiastic with a warm, bubbly, friendly outgoing personality, Leila excels in delivering outstanding customer service. Leila previously worked as senior cabin crew but her passion for fashion lead her to TDR!
She loves meeting new people is a committed and passionate lady and Mum, with a genuine desire to help women look and feel amazing. An appointment with Leila guarantees a special life changing moment!
Leanne
Meet Leanne, our attentive and knowledgeable expert Bridal Stylist! With over 10 years in the bridal industry, Leanne has a remarkable talent for understanding each bride’s unique vision. She takes the time to listen, ensuring every detail is just right and that each bride feels confident and understood. Her experience and dedication make her an invaluable stylist at TDR!
Ellie
Introducing Ellie, our fun and confident Bridal Stylist! Her contagious laughter and upbeat energy bring happiness to everyone around her, from our brides to our team. Ellie’s bold style and warm presence make every bride feel special and every fitting a joyful experience. She will have fun with you, be creative with your styling and really tune in to what you’re thinking and feeling. We’re so lucky to have her at TDR
Chelsea
Meet Chelsea, a true gem on our team! With kindness and thoughtfulness at the heart of everything she does, Chelsea always puts brides first. She goes above and beyond to ensure every bride feels radiant, happy, and confident on their special day.
Her dedication and warmth make her an invaluable part of our team. She is so caring and is a great Bridal Stylist for any nervous or unconfident brides, giving them confidence to see just how beautiful they really are! Another TDR gem!
Marie
Marie is calm and quiet but not to be mistaken for a wall flower, she has a lovely, gentle personality, she is incredibly kind, and she has very, very high standards. She has a super eye for Fashion and so Bridal Styling was made for Marie!
She will not rest until she has found your perfect wedding dress and we’re pretty sure the phrase, Accept Nothing Less Than Perfection, was created for her!
Louise N
Meet Louise, our Marketing Manager and guru plus our resident romance enthusiast! Louise absolutely loves love and brings her creativity and fun spirit into everything she does.
She’s passionate about showcasing each couple’s unique story and delights in seeing your wedding day photos.
If you want to be featured, Louise is your go to- she’s all about celebrating you!
Chloe
Recently promoted to Accounts Department at TDR, Chloe is a longstanding member of the TDR Team. She has a fabulous knowledge of how we work at TDR and so gets involved with liaising with our Designers to ensure all our Brides dresses and accessories are here on time.
She will also be your first port of call on the telephones here at TDR and there’s nothing she can’t help you with because Chloe has been a Stylist too at TDR and steps in whenever we need that extra pair of helping hands on the shopfloor. We are so lucky to have her!
Maya
Recently promoted, Maya is our hopeless romantic, she loves to sing any time of the day! Maya has recently taken on the Accounts role whilst Chloe is on maternity leave.
Having worked on the shopfloor as a Bridal Stylist Manager alongside Paige, Maya knows TDR inside out so is always at the end of the phone to help guide Brides with any questions or help they might need.
Maya has a unique ability to really tune in to what you’re thinking and feeling, and her empowering personality make sure that TDR brides feel safe and looked after, every step of the way at TDR.
Jeannie & Jo
Jeannie, beautiful inside and out, is responsible for making sure your dress passes its final inspection at TDR. She is head of the Prep Room, she’s an absolute perfectionist and everything goes by her before it leaves TDR for your special day.
She steams, presses, preps and checks everything in her very white ‘Michael Jackson’ gloves, making sure everything is perfect for you. She’s a beautiful, kind soul who we all love dearly.
Jeannie works alongside Jo who has a special place in our hearts, having worked for TDR for over 10 years, she knows all there is to know about wedding dresses and is responsible for making sure every Wedding dress leaves TDR in perfect condition, perfectly steamed and pressed and beautifully packed. She excels at her work and always goes the extra (million) miles for all her brides.
Our Alterations Team
These girls right here are the mainstay of our USP at TDR! We don’t just sell you a dress, we ensure it is fitted to perfection, IN-HOUSE, so that means every single bride is cared for right up until the day of her wedding. This is such an important part of your Wedding Dress Experience!
The skill set of TDR Bridal’s Seamstresses is second to none, they are a powerhouse of Bridal Alterations skills, they can make, re-model, recreate, add layers, add sleeves, remove sleeves, re-fit and fix almost anything, we are incredibly luck to have built such a strong Team of Bridal Seamstresses.
We just love and appreciate every single one of these gorgeous gals!

Mick
Meet “Mick the van man” – Our Logistics Pro & Handyman! Mick ensures everything’s perfectly organized for your first try-on and accessories appointments, co-ordinating our storage facility, ensuring your dress is safe and well cared for, checking that the optimum temperature is just right and that its warm and clean (sparkling like a new pin at all times!)
He’s also our go-to handyman, always ready to fix, adjust, or set up anything needed.
Mick supports the TDR Team with all the usual logistics of a busy Bridal Shop and thanks to Mick, every detail is ready for your seamless, memorable experience!
Outlet Team
Abbi
Our little gem Abbi is just adorable, having Spanish nationality and working in high end boutiques in Lanzarote for many years, she knows just how important first-class customer service is and she delivers, every time as Manager of Birmingham Bridal Outlet. She is kind, caring, considerate and very intuitive and a very special member of our Team.
Abbi is the proud mom of Brian, her son, and gives her heart and soul to both him and to her work. She loves to be organised and really well informed, so organisation and knowledge are Abbi’s mantra and this, along with a fabulous eye for style and fashion makes her our fabulous Bridal Stylist.
Jannene
This super kind, incredibly intuitive lady is a dedicated and valued member of Birmingham Bridal Outlet. Jannene loves fashion and styling and has a brilliant eye for detail. She will be totally in-tune with you and how you’re feeling in every dress and will undoubtedly find you, your dress!
She is all about empowering people to be and feel the very best of themselves. You will feel safe and cared for every step of the way.
Jannene is a very proud Mom to two boys and has known Rebecca, Founder and Director for many years.
