How Many Wedding Dresses do you have instore?

We have over 600 individual styles in store from many different Designers around the World including America, Australia, Israel, Italy, Spain and of course, England.

Do you offer refreshments?

Yes we do! We have a licence to serve alcohol and we provide a full Cocktail, Fizz and Drinks Menu and they are of course, complimentary. EVERY bride is a VIP, we don't charge for this!

What is your Size Range?

Our dresses can be ordered in any size from a UK2 to a UK34. We hold samples of every size in between on our rails.

What is your price range?

Our wedding dresses start at around £900 and go up to around £4000. Our average price is around £1500.

Firstly, Congratulations! Yes we can help you. Just give us a call to discuss your individual circumstance and we will help guide you through.

Do you sell veils and tiaras?

Yes, we have a whole collection of exclusive veils and tiaras but we only sell these to TDR Brides.

Do you have good disabled Access?

Yes we do! We work alongside Purple Tuesday, pledging to constantly improve our accessibility. We have ramped access, large wheelchair friendly changing rooms and toilets.

What happens if my wedding is abroad?

That's no problem, we offer different types of packaging to carry your wedding dress abroad.

Do you sell dresses off the rail?

We have an outlet store where we sell brand new dresses up to 70% off, ready to take home today.

Are you by Appointment only?

Yes we are, not because we're pretentious, far from it, its just because we are so busy.

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

We don't like rules here at TDR, so, whilst our beautiful private suites can sit 6 comfortably, we're happy to accommodate whoever you need with you to help you Say Yes To The Dress!

Do you allow children in your shop?

Yes of course! For us, getting married is all about family.

How many dresses can I try on?

We don't have limits or rules at TDR so you can try on as many dresses as you need to, to help you make your decision.

How Long are your appointments for?

Our appointments are for a little under two hours, yes we know this is longer than a lot of other Bridal Boutiques but we don't think this decision can be rushed; Its important you get it right, first time!

How much Do You Charge For Appointments?

Our appointments are free. We have never and will never, charge for our appointments – promise!

What deposit do you ask for?

Accepted Answer

We ask for a 50% deposit on your dress and the balance is due when your dress arrives. Alternatively we offer 0% finance with a 20% deposit (subject to credit status).

How long does it take for a dress to arrive?

A dress can take anything from 2 weeks to 9 months to arrive with us depending on the Designer, the dress and the time of the year. We will always help you try and find your dress regardless of your timescale.

Do you offer alterations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer alterations for any dress purchased at TDR and we have 8 in-house Seamstresses who are highly skilled and experts in their field. Altering a wedding dress is nothing like any other sewing and requires skill and expertise.

Are your alterations an extra charge?

Accepted Answer

Yes all alterations are a separate charge and are quoted by our seamstresses at time of fitting, though we do give you a full guide price for alterations when you come into store.
