Terms and Conditions: Mini Dress Giveaway with Portia & Scarlett

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the UK and are 18 years or older.
  • The giveaway is also open to residents outside the UK, as long as they are able to attend an in-store appointment to order the dress.

   How to Enter

  • To enter the giveaway, participants must:

    • Like the giveaway post.
    • Tag three friends (if entering via Instagram).
    • Share the post to their stories.
    • Ensure they are following TDR on all social media platforms.
    • Enter their details via the provided entry form.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • The giveaway entry period will close on the 16th of March and entries received after this time will not be considered.

2. Prize

  • The winner will receive a Portia & Scarlett mini dress of their choice.
  • The winner will be invited to an in-store appointment to choose the dress and complete their order.
  • If the winner wishes to use the dress for a wedding, please note that orders must be placed at least 16 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or transferred for another gown.

3. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be randomly selected once the entry period has closed on the 16th of March.
  • The winner will be announced on our social media on the 17th of March, and will also be contacted via email within 7 days of the announcement.
  • If the winner does not respond within 1 month of being notified, an alternative winner may be selected.

4. Privacy and Data

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to provide their information to TDR Bridal for the purpose of selecting and contacting the winner.
  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with The Dressing Rooms LTD’s privacy policy.
  • Personal data will be used for prize administration only.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonable publicity unless otherwise requested.

5. Miscellaneous

  • The giveaway is run by TDR Bridal Birmingham. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UK
